1. After the simulated dinosaur is powered on, there is no response;

Solution: Check whether the indicator light of the controller is on. After confirming the fault, take out a new sensor probe from the repair kit for replacement or contact us directly to mail it.

2. The simulated dinosaur has actions, but the actions are incomplete (for example, only the mouth does not respond)

Solution: The machine has actions, but only one action fails. At this time, it is expected that the fuse corresponding to this action is broken. You need to use a screwdriver to open the black controller, and then visually check whether the fuse on the circuit board is blown (the fuse is the transparent case of the vehicle, and you can check whether the wire is broken through your eyes). If it is, take the corresponding color fuse from the repair kit and replace it. However, if the insurance is still damaged after starting the machine after replacement, you need to contact us immediately.

3. When the mouth of the simulated dinosaur is opened, there is no roar

Solution: As soon as the dinosaur opens the mouth, there is no sound in the speaker; if it is an external speaker, first observe whether the power indicator on the speaker lights up when the mouth is opened. If so, the SD card inserted into the speaker may be in poor contact or damaged; if the speaker indicator does not light up, the external speaker may be damaged. It can be replaced if possible.
